Our story

Saveurs d'Aude was born from the passion of two lovers of the Aude terroir, eager to share the gastronomic treasures of our beautiful region. From our shop in the heart of the Cité de Carcassonne, we carefully select the finest artisanal products from Occitania.

Every product we offer tells a story — that of a passionate producer, a know-how passed down through generations, a unique terroir between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees.

Our producers

We work with over thirty local artisans and producers: beekeepers from the Corbières, olive growers from the Minervois, winemakers from Limoux, confectioners from Carcassonne and many more. This diversity is the richness of our catalog and reflects the variety of the Aude terroir.
